About Me
Trained in Zen Okinawan Seidokan Karate Kobudo Toide Renmei under the teachings of Satoshi Yamauchi, Sensei at the Ishikawa Dojo in Okinawa. After a few years Yamauchi, Sensei sent me to train with Shian Toma, Shihan Sensei and the President of ZOSKKTR, at the Honbu Dojo. I left the the Island in June 1994 with: a Yondan Rank Certificate, a Shihan Liciense, and a promise i made to Toma, Sensei. The promise to pass on to others what he and Yamauchi Sensei has passed to me. Since arriving in Eastern North Carolina in 1994 I have kept the promise and continue to keep it at Midway Park Community Center on Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune. |
