About Me
My name is Jay London, in 1989, I trained with Sensei Nix. We had a good time. We both competed in tournaments and sparring. I remember the last sparring match we had, as we both had taken a few hits. After Okinawa, I trained here in the states, and did another tournament, trained with Master Chinen, and taught some. Currently I practice nahanchi kata, drive truck and became an ordained minister.
