Soy cinturon Negro 3 Dan de la escuela American Free Stile Capitulo de Puerto Rico, mi maestro, fue mi hermano el Agente de la PPR. Hector A. Nogueras cuarto Dan, se especialisaba en defenza personal y Full Contac, su maestro fue el Sr. Jaime Jimenes, Ostavo Dan, en Taichi - shuan, yo fui cinturon marron en shotokan en el 1983, luego salte a la escuela de mi hermano en el mismo a?o, fue ahi donde me certifique como cinturon Negro y obtuve mi rango de tercer Dan comvirtiendome en maestro intructor, estuve inastivo desde el a?o 1990 hasta el 2013 que entre a la el club de Karate Do, Riukoku Seidokan, en Bayamón, con el maestro cinturon Negro cuarto Dan, shian Jaime Torres...estoy tratando de regresar a lo que era antes, cosa dificil pero no imposible, con la ayuda de Dios! lo podre lograr...:)

I'm a Black Belt School, 3 Dan, American Free Style, Chapter of Puerto Rico. My teacher, was my brother PPR Agent. Hector A. Nogueras fourth Dan, is a specialist in personal self-defense Full Contact. His teacher was Mr. Jaime Jimenez, Dan Ostavo in Taichi - Chuan. I was a brown belt in Shotokan in 1983, then skip to the school of my brother's same year, it was there where I was certified as a Black belt and obtained my third Dan (comvirtiendome?) range in master instructor. I (Inastivo?) from 1990 until 2013 to enter the club of Karate Do, Ryukoku Seidokan in Bayamon, in fourth Dan master Black belt, Shian Jaime Torres ... I'm trying to return to what it was before, something difficult but not impossible, with God's help! I will be able to achieve ... :)
