Welcome to the RSKKR website. We have given you temporary access pending review. This site is usually reserved for Seidokan members with a direct linage to Sensei Shian Toma our headmaster. This web site, along with our Facebook Page, is designed to give the Seidokan Community direct access to our Headquarters in Okinawa for news and a tool of education. You indicated you do not have this linage. We need to know what is your linage, style, and your purpose in applying for membership on this website? We look forward to your response.
